Born in Dubai to a Swedish mother and Lebanese father, Nicole grew up in Sydney, went on to achieve a Bachelor of Commerce and spent many of her early adult years moving from country to country, before settling down in Sydney with her childhood sweetheart Adam and daughters Nawal and Neve.

Fluent in four languages (English, Swedish, French and Arabic) and a former Miss Australia, Nicole is a true global citizen with a love for travel, but it’s always Sydney that she calls home.

In 2002, Nicole founded planning and production startup, Pret-a-Party, specialising in creating lavish, unforgettable events in Sydney and London — but Nicole’s favourite events are the ones she spends at home with her nearest and dearest.

A born entertainer, there’s nothing that makes Nicole happier than playing hostess to her family and closest friends - aside from shopping, which Nicole believes could have been her calling; if only it were a competitive sport.

With her girls now in University, Nicole is focusing on a new baby: BonPatch. In the quest to find an accessible, clean, affordable, and scientifically-backed wellness solution that met Nicole’s exacting standards, BonPatch was born. A range of revolutionary wearable patches that offer a non-invasive, hassle-free way to receive essential nutrients without the need for pills or liquids.

Driven by a strong belief in giving back to the community, Nicole dedicates much of her time to philanthropic causes. In 2016, her Food Truck Fund event raised $120,000 for Charlie Teo's Cure Brain Cancer Foundation. In 2020, when the explosion at Beirut’s port devastated the city, Nicole launched Basics for Beirut, sending six 40 foot containers of aid to Beirut, Lebanon.

Nicole is also a proud ambassador of anti-bullying initiative. YOU CAN SIT WITH ME and a board member of Autism Mates. You’ll also regularly find Nicole and a host of friends and family cooking up a storm in her kitchen, delivering meals to those in need through St Michael’s Meals.
