The perfect side dish for any occasion, this Garlic Roasted Potatoes Recipe is sure to become a family favourite.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 180C/355F.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
  3. Place potatoes in a saucepan. Cover with cold water. and bring to the boil over a high heat.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 12 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Return to your potatoes to the dry pan.
  5. Add your garlic, rosemary, olive oil and sea salt to the pan with your potatoes and toss to coat.
  6. Place your potatoes in a single layer on your prepared tray.
  7. Roast your potatoes for 30 to 50 minutes (depending on size) until golden and crisp, turning a few times in between.

Notes

*You can switch the rosemary for whatever fresh herbs will compliment your main course.
