Mormor's Swedish Biscuit Recipe
I am lucky to have grown up in a multicultural household where our table was always filled with delicious food. From Traditional Lebanese Meghli when a new baby was born to ANZAC biscuits on ANZAC day to Mormor's famous Swedish biscuits. The Gazal table has always been a melting pot of various cultures.
This biscuit recipe is one I come back to again and again; Mormor's Swedish Biscuit Recipe. Mormor is Swedish for Grandmother and this recipe has been passed down from generation to generation. Over the years, we've adapted it to make a variety of different biscuits from the same base recipe - and I want to share four of my favourites with you.
