My Naughty List Chocolate Chip Cookies

Naughty but oh so nice to eat, these chocolate chip cookies are rich, decadent and perfect for sharing!

- Preheat your oven to 150C/300F.
- Add your butter and sugars to a stand mixer and beat until light and fluffy. Add your eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Sift together your dry ingredients and add to the mixer gradually, mixing on a low speed until well combined.
- Stir in your chocolate chips and mix until evenly dispersed.
- Line or grease 3-4 baking trays and set aside.
- Scoop 2 tbsp of cookie dough onto the baking sheet, leaving around 3" of space between each cookie. Press down each cookie dough ball lightly and repeat until all dough is used up.
- Bake cookies for 20 minutes or until golden brown on the edges. If you like a crispier cookie, bake for an extra 2-5 mins.
- Leave to cool on the baking sheet before enjoying.
