How to Make Your Own Homemade Elderflower Cordial
For the last week, I have been back in London with my girls and Adam and loving every minute. But whilst I have lots to share with you about the trip itself, I also wanted to share with you one of my favourite drink recipes; Elderflower Cordial.
It is currently Elderflower season in the UK (usually flowers are in bloom between May and June/July) and Elderflower cordial is the perfect seasonal drink! It's fragrant and refreshing and can be mixed with sparkling water, still water or even wine and champagne.
