Born in Dubai to a Swedish mother and Lebanese father, she grew up in Sydney, where she later settled with her childhood sweetheart, Adam, and their daughters, Nawal and Neve.

Nicole's fondest moments are those spent hosting intimate gatherings with family and friends, creating lasting memories. Her belief in the power of family extends beyond her own, as she dedicates much of her time to philanthropic efforts, giving back to the community and supporting various causes.
