Save the Date - Food Truck Fund 2017

This week on The Real Housewives of Sydney, you'll get a little look at last year's Food Truck Fund Event. This was the first of hopefully many fundraising events, designed to raise funds and awareness for a charity of choice through an evening of fun, laughs and delicious food.

The Food Truck Fund 2016 - Fundraising Event for Cure Brain Cancer at Watson's Bay

Our plan, when creating the inaugural Food Truck Fund Event was to create a low key event where everyone felt welcome and had fun. There are so many charity galas and auctions and limited number events out there, however, what I really wanted to create was an event where the whole family could come along - from newborn babies to grandparents and even your four legged pals!

The Food Truck Fund Sydney 2016 - Watsons Bay Fundraising Event

Last year's event was a huge success, raising over $120,000 with delicious food from ShisofineCantina Aigo TwoDe WafelKayterNYPDFrtiz’s WienersMonster RollsHappy as LarryAgape ConceptsTsuruLets do Yum Cha, and Eat Art Truck available for purchase as well as a sideshow alley to keep the kids entertained with Catch a Duck, Lucky Envelopes and Laughing Clowns thanks to Joylands Entertainment.

We sold over 1000 tickets for the event, with each $50 ticket valid for two dishes at any food truck (or food trucks) of your choice.

All of that just couldn't have been possible without our incredible sponsors - and Woollahra Council for all of their support.
