For the Marinade
- Add all of your ingredients to a small saucepan and simmer until fragrant and lightly thickened.
For the Salmon
- Drizzle your salmon with olive oil and cook on the barbecue or frying pan until crispy and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
To Serve
- To a serving platter, add your cooked soba noodles and top with your coriander and asparagus.
- Add your cooked salmon pieces on top, drizzle with your marinade and sprinkle with shallots.
