For the Marinade
  1. Add all of your ingredients to a small saucepan and simmer until fragrant and lightly thickened.
For the Salmon
  1. Drizzle your salmon with olive oil and cook on the barbecue or frying pan until crispy and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
To Serve
  1. To a serving platter, add your cooked soba noodles and top with your coriander and asparagus.
  2. Add your cooked salmon pieces on top, drizzle with your marinade and sprinkle with shallots.
