Photo Diary: Lunch with the Housewives
Fellow Real Housewife of Sydney and one of my treasured friends, Krissy Marsh, has a huge heart. She is passionate about helping others and passionate about as an ambassador of The Wishing Well Foundation, she is passionate about raising money to support children in foster and out of home care all around the country.
Yesterday I joined fellow housewives Victoria and Matty to support Krissy and The Wishing Well Foundation with an incredible fundraising lunch.
Held at China Diner in Double Bay, the menu for the event included Prawn Dumplings, Vegetable San Choy Bow, Salt and Pepper Squid, Steamed Barramundi and Spicy Chicken with Asian Green Vegetables, all finished off with the most incredible Doughnuts and Chocolate Sauce (because dessert is the most important part of the meal).
I love a good theme so I had to dress for the occasion! Krissy had this beautiful cheongsam made for me in Shanghai which I finished off with Louboutin Pumps, a Jonathan Adler Clutch and a sleek French twist updo by Joh Bailey.
And it's not a Chinese inspired lunch without fortune cookies! Here was my fortune - we'll just have to see if it comes true ;)
Overall it was an incredible event supporting an important cause. If you want to find out more about The Wishing Well, please visit www.thewishingwell.org.au where you can learn more about what they do and how you can help.
